What is Loaddeck?
A transport planner and handover protocol for car dealers. You set up transports, Loaddeck combines runs that fit together, and the driver records every handover with ten photos, damage notes and a signature.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Loaddeck runs in the browser and can be added to your phone’s home screen. No app store needed.
What does it cost?
Light is free. Standard costs € 79 per month and Pro € 199 per month, always excluding VAT. The price is per company, not per user.
How do I pay?
Through Mollie, with iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact. The first payment authorises automatic monthly collection.
Can I cancel, pause or switch?
Yes, at any time in the app under Subscription. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades and cancellations at the end of the paid period. You can pause for 1 to 3 months.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU: the database and photos are on servers in Frankfurt. Your data stays yours. See the privacy statement for details.
How does Loaddeck know a car’s dimensions?
For a Dutch licence plate we fetch dimensions and weight from the RDW open data.
Which languages does it support?
Dutch, German, English and Danish.
